To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores.

We process orders within 3 business days.

  • For the United States: Shipping takes an additional 4 to 5 business days, bringing the total delivery time to approximately 7 to 8 business days.
  • For Europe: The total delivery time is approximately 10 business days.
  • For Africa:
    • North Africa: Delivery takes about 15 to 20 business days.
    • Sub-Saharan Africa: Delivery may take up to 20 to 30 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and local shipping conditions.

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is shipped to ensure you receive your package without any issues.

However, if the package has already been shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs for resending the items.

Payments & Orders

Our Online Return Policy: You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded to the original payment method, while returns after 30 days will be refunded as an electronic merchandise credit sent via email.
